Supply, on-site transport and installation of street lighting luminaire, with 110-150 W light emitting diode (LED) technology light sources and bracket its web installation with integrated hybrid local control unit remote control of the lamp (controller).

Luminaire suitable for country road lighting and urban outdoor lighting spaces. The lighting body is made of die-cast aluminum with aerodynamic design to limit vibration during high speeds of the wind.

This is electrostatically painted with polyester powder paints for corrosion resistance and the best possible protection in adverse environments and coastal areas. The color of the lamp will be a choice of the service.

The protective cover (diffuser) of the lamp is made of transparent flat glass, at least 4mm thick, shock and heat resistant. The lamp is specially designed with a "CUT-OFF" system for anti-glare type luminous flux distribution.

The LEDs carry their own independent lens / lens group, which will be made of material of high thermal and mechanical resistance. The optical unit of the LEDs is placed inside the lighting body and consists of multiple LED elements.

The special cooling system is properly configured so that they are formed cooling devices/heat sinks and will be located inside the lighting body, for beauticians - architectural and functional reasons, preventing the accumulation of dust and others substances. It is made of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy, which helps in the efficient management-abduction of heat, in order to ensure it smooth operation of the LEDs and maximizing their lifetime. The light fixture will has a suitable device - it has a decompression valve which will prevent it formation of water vapor (condensation) inside the optical unit.

The power supply of the luminaire is fixed and connected to a special detachable base and has a temperature control system so that in case unexpected increase in its temperature, to reduce its supply current in order to not to damage the light source.

All electrical connections in the instrument area are made with silicone cables with high thermal resistance above 120°C and additional protection with macaroni fiberglass. The wiring must be secured in such a way as to avoid accidental escape of cables from their terminals. For the electrical connection to the network light body has an external flexible cable – resistant to shocks / cracks, atmospheric factors and UV radiation – and a special connector IP66/IP68.

The lighting body opens through a joint through a special button (button) towards the above without the use of tools, for the purpose of easy and safe maintenance. Exists mechanism for holding the upper part

of the lamp in the open position, with the help of special component, to avoid unwanted closing during maintenance work. He space for instruments and electrical connections is independent, thus allowing the

easy maintenance of the lamp as well as their complete thermal isolation heat emissions. There is an automatic cut-off system for the electrical supply (knife safety switch) for as long as the shell remains

disengaged from the body for maintenance.
