CHZ Lighting - LED Street Light Manufacturer and LED Flood Light Factory Since 2013
With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, people have realized the importance of energy saving and environmental protection. China is a major producer and consumer of lighting products. The output of solar street lamps, energy-saving lamps and incandescent lamps ranks first in the world. In 2010, the production and domestic sales of incandescent lamps were 3.85 billion and 1.07 billion respectively. According to estimates, China's lighting electricity consumption accounts for about 12% of the total electricity consumption of the whole society. The use of high-efficiency lighting products to replace incandescent lamps has great potential for energy conservation and emission reduction. The phasing out of incandescent lamps is of great significance for promoting the optimization and upgrading of the structure of China's lighting industry, promoting the realization of the goals and tasks of energy conservation and emission reduction in the 12th Five-Year Plan, and actively responding to global climate change. With the rapid development of energy-saving lamp technology, only 5% of incandescent lamps are used for lighting, and the remaining 95% are consumed by heat. After the European Union, the United States and other countries proposed a timetable for the elimination of incandescent lamps, China has also come up with its own roadmap. It is estimated that if all existing incandescent lamps are replaced with energy-saving lamps, it is expected that the output value of the lighting and electrical industry will increase by about 8 billion yuan, and the new jobs will be about 15,000, resulting in an annual power saving of 48 billion kWh and an annual reduction of carbon dioxide. The capacity to discharge 48 million tons. However, as a daily necessities closely related to public life, the delisting of incandescent lamps is not only a big account for the country, but also a small account for people's livelihood. After all, compared to abstract concepts such as energy saving, industrial upgrading, and coping with climate change, the public is more concerned about whether energy-saving lamps are cheap, whether their quality is guaranteed, and how long their service life is. It is a little regrettable that, as far as the current situation is concerned, energy-saving lamps have not completely won the favor of consumers. First of all, the price is not close enough to the people. In the case of consuming the same power, the brightness of energy-saving lamps is about 4 times that of incandescent lamps, but the price is often several times or even dozens of times. Even with the government's 50% sales price subsidy, prices are still relatively high. On November 1, 2011, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued the 'Announcement on the Gradual Ban on the Import and Sales of General Lighting Incandescent LampsFrom the 1st, the import and sale of incandescent lamps for general lighting will be gradually banned in stages according to their power. The 'Announcement' clarifies that China's roadmap for phasing out incandescent lamps is divided into five stages: the transition period from November 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012, and the ban on import and sales of 100 watts and above from October 1, 2012 General lighting incandescent lamps, the import and sale of general lighting incandescent lamps of 60 watts and above are prohibited from October 1, 2014, and the mid-term evaluation period is from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016, and from October 1, 2016 The import and sale of incandescent lamps for general lighting of 15 watts and above are prohibited, or adjustments may be made depending on the results of the mid-term assessment. The implementation of the roadmap will effectively promote the healthy development of China's lighting and electrical industry, and achieve good energy-saving and emission reduction effects. The ability to save 48 billion kWh of electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 48 million tons per year.
