First, solar street lamp installation location

The most important thing for solar street lights/solar garden lights is to receive the best light energy, so site selection becomes the first consideration in the installation process of solar street lights. At the installation site, first observe whether there are obstructions and obstructions around the foundation. There should be no trees and high-rise buildings and other obstacles that can affect the light, and it is not allowed to install in a backlit place.

Second, foundation part

1. The size and firmness of the foundation. The solidity of the foundation directly affects the safety of the light pole, so the foundation must be operated in strict accordance with the construction drawings, and important data such as size and material must be grasped.

2. The texture of the land around the foundation. This is also closely related to the safety of the light pole. The soil around the foundation should have low humidity and high strength to prevent unsafe behaviors such as tilting of the light pole under the influence of thrust.

3. The threading hole position and smoothness of the foundation. The function of the threading hole is to introduce the battery cable from the underground into the inside of the light pole. If the threading hole is offset, the threading hole will be blocked when the light pole is installed. If there are foreign objects or dead knots in the threading hole, the threading hole will be completely blocked. In both cases, the battery cable cannot be introduced, and the lamp cannot get an effective power source.

Third, threading part

In the process of threading, it is absolutely not allowed to have wire joints inside the light pole, and all connecting wires must be guaranteed to be a complete wire. (Except for some light sources with their own leads, when connecting the lamp holder with the light source wire inside the lamp pole, pay attention to the connection, and make sure that it is waterproof and leak-proof. When connecting, pay attention to prevent the lamp holder from falling off due to the influence of gravity ).

Be sure to pay attention to the method during the threading process, and it is forbidden to pull it hard, so as to prevent the power of the wire from being interrupted or the insulation layer rupturing, which may lead to electric leakage.

Fourth, install the LED street light source and solar panels.

The main concern is the firmness of the power cord connection and the tightness of the screws. When all wires are connected, they must do a good job of preventing off and leaking, and the connection is tight and beautiful.

In the process of tightening the screws, the tightness should be mastered, not too loose or too tight, and the principle of tightening is not moving, and moving in an appropriate amount. It should not be too tight to prevent the screw from being over-stressed and slipping; it should not be too loose to prevent part deviation due to looseness or looseness of some components.

When installing the light board, master the direction. The standard time board faces the direction of due south, because the direction of due south has the strongest light and the longest sunshine time. If it is not possible to face south under special circumstances, the longest light time and maximum light intensity shall be the principle.

Fifth, the pole

Before the pole is erected, remember to check all the power cords to see if there is any leakage of electricity, and correct it as soon as possible. Be sure to pay attention to safety during the erection process. Adjust the direction of the light pole and level it during the process of tightening the corner screws. After all the work is completed, the corner screws must be tightened again to achieve firmness.
