Solar garden lights are mainly composed of solar panels, solar controllers, solar lamps, solar batteries, and solar light poles. Before installation, the construction personnel should read the instructions provided by the supplier in detail. The site selection of solar garden lights should choose an open and sunny place with no obstacles to block the sun, and then check whether the foundation is wet. If it is wet, the place should be changed, otherwise it may lead to solar batteries Water short circuit. The following are the installation steps of solar garden lights: 1. Dig the lamp foundation pit and battery well: Based on the drawings, dig the street lamp foundation pit and battery well at the basic position of the street lamp. 2. Pouring street lamp foundation pouring: According to the street lamp foundation drawings, prefabricated metal components to excavate foundation pits and metal components of corresponding sizes. 3. Battery well: It should meet the following requirements for deep thermal insulation, and it should be matched with the basic connecting line of the street lamp without error. It should be noted that the concrete strength grade should not be lower than C20, and the cable protection pipe in the foundation should penetrate the foundation from the center of the foundation and should exceed the foundation plane by 30-50mm. Before pouring the reinforced concrete foundation, the accumulated water in the pit must be removed. The longitudinal center line of the lamp installation and the longitudinal center line of the lamp arm should be consistent, the horizontal horizontal line of the lamp should be parallel to the ground, and there should be no skew after tightening. There should be no joints in the threading of the lamp arm, lamp panel and lamp pole. The threading hole or nozzle should be smooth and free of burrs, and insulating sleeves or wrapping should be used, and the length of the wrapping should not be less than 200mm. If you do not understand the installation process, you should look at the drawings in time or contact the supplier to solve the problem to avoid installation errors. After the installation is completed, it should also be checked. After confirming that the installation is correct, the solar garden light can be used after the test work is normal.
