When the solar garden lights are installed separately, the following is an installation example of a residential area. 1. Installation of solar garden light battery panel: 　　 Determine the inclination angle of the battery panel according to the local latitude, such as 42 degrees selected locally, facing south; weld the bracket with 40*40 galvanized angle steel, and fix the bracket on the side wall with expansion screws; Weld steel bars with a diameter of 8mm on the support, the length is 1~2 meters, the support is connected to the roof lightning protection belt with steel bars; holes are drilled in the support, and the battery panel is fixed on the support with stainless steel screws.　　2. Installation of the battery for solar garden lights: 　　 First, check whether the battery packaging is damaged, and then carefully unpack the packaging to check whether the batteries are in good condition one by one; and check the battery's factory date. Take the installed battery voltage of DC12V, 80AH, two of the same model and specification in series, providing 24V power supply as an example. Put the two accumulators into the buried box. After the outlet of the buried box is glued, fasten the protective tube step by step. Then apply a layer of petroleum jelly to the joints.　　3. Solar garden light controller installation 　　The controller adopts a solar power dedicated controller. When connecting the wire, first connect the battery terminal on the controller, then connect the photovoltaic panel wire, and finally connect the load terminal. Be sure to pay attention to the load of the battery and photovoltaic panels. The positive and negative poles cannot be reversed, and the connecting wires of the photovoltaic panels and the battery cannot be short-circuited. The controller is placed in the lamp post, fixed with bolts, and the upper door of the lamp post is locked.
