The lifting principle of the high-pole light is that in the rectangular cavity at the bottom of the lifting high-pole light, an electrical control system and a lifting system such as a motor are installed. The electrical control system is installed inside the light pole, which can avoid the failure of the lifting movement caused by the harsh outdoor environment. There are various circuit overload protection devices in the electrical control system. The electrical conductors of the circuits in the system are widely plated with copper-based silver to ensure good contact for electrical connections. The lifting system of the lifting pole light is driven by the motor (electromagnetic brake type) worm gear reducer, safety coupling, main wire rope, auxiliary wire rope, rope divider and movable pulley block to drive the up and down of the light plate. The worm gear reducer has strong self-locking ability, compact transmission and large transmission ratio. In order to reduce the worm gear and worm gear ratio and reduce the rising torque, a set of movable pulleys are specially added, so that the lifting speed of the lamp panel is less than 0.2 m/s . The main wire rope is connected with the auxiliary wire rope of the lamp panel through the rope divider, which can avoid the winding of the auxiliary wire due to the stretching of the main wire. The main and auxiliary steel wire ropes are made of high-strength corrosion-resistant 6*19 type non-rotating galvanized steel wire ropes. Lifting pulleys are made of A3 steel brackets, stainless steel shafts, and copper pulleys that have been hot-dip galvanized to ensure flexible operation under normal atmospheric conditions. Various fastener washers, collars and other parts are also made of hot-dip galvanized parts or stainless steel parts. There are 6 sets of guide pulley sets and more than three sets of braking devices on the lamp panel. During the lifting or lowering of the lamp panel, the guide wheels distributed at 120 degrees roll along the surface of the lamp pole to ensure that the lamp panel does not swing. The surface of the working part where the guide wheel of the lamp disc is in contact with the surface of the lamp pole adopts the rubber heat pressing process. In order to fully ensure that the lamp panel will automatically stop when it reaches the limit position, the up and down movements of the lamp panel are equipped with limit switches with reliable performance and an over-travel protection device. The lifting and lowering of the lamp panel of the high pole lamp is realized by changing the rotation direction of the motor. For safety, the rectangular cavity is equipped with a sealed door, and the sealed door is also equipped with a special door lock for anti-theft.
