Zizhou County is affiliated to Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the northern part of Shaanxi Province, in the hinterland of the hilly and gully area of u200bu200bthe Loess Plateau, the southern edge of Yulin City, and the middle reaches of the Dali River. The system straddles the sub-arid zone between the middle temperate zone and the warm temperate zone. It has the characteristics of a continental monsoon climate, with an average annual temperature of 9.2°C, a precipitation of 449.1mm, and a frost-free period of 164 days. The Dali River and Huaining River in the county pass through the central and southern regions, forming low-lying and fertile river areas along the banks of the two rivers. Solar street lights save energy and are convenient for the masses. In the past six months, hundreds of solar street lights have been installed and completed in some mountain villages in Zizhou County. The construction of a new countryside has brought new changes and great benefits to the villagers. In the process of building a new countryside in Zizhou County, on the basis of basically completing the hardening and greening of the roads in the village, the villages decided to install energy-saving and environmentally friendly solar street lights for the mountain villages. After more than half a year of hard work, hundreds of lights were lit on the main roads of Anjiacha Village, Qingshuigou, Sanchuankou Town, Huaining Bay Township, and Matigou Town in Zizhou County, bringing convenience to the villagers’ night travel. Street lights can be illuminated even if they encounter continuous rainy days for 3 to 5 days, and they can be switched on and off automatically, which not only saves electricity for the country, but also brings immediate convenience to the villagers. The installation of solar street lights not only improves the appearance of the village, greatly facilitates the production and life of the villagers, but also changes the living habits of the villagers. Under the street lights, the villagers who have worked for a day are relaxing, entertaining, competing and communicating in the bright square, presenting a harmonious scene.
