How to deal with common problems when installing solar garden lights

　　 Solar garden lights should be installed on a sunny day. If they are installed on a cloudy or rainy day, they will only consume electricity without charging after the lights are turned on, which will not meet the actual design and testing requirements, and the lights should not be turned on on the day of installation.　　Many solar street lamp manufacturers are eager to see the lighting effect, and the lights will be turned on the night after the installation is completed. Because the new battery is not fully charged when it leaves the factory, if the light is turned on after the installation is completed, it may not achieve the effect of continuous rainy days for lighting in the design. The correct way is to connect the controller after installation, but do not connect to the load. After charging for one day the next day, connect the load in the evening, so that the battery capacity can reach a higher level. Of course, doing so will increase some labor costs.　　The angle of the solar panel is generally designed by the manufacturer at an inclination angle of 45 degrees, so as to ensure a better charging capacity in winter. However, the direction angle is determined during installation. When the solar panel is assembled underground, it is found that the angle is deviated after the pole is erected. If it is almost the same, it will generally not be adjusted. The angle deviation of the solar panel not only affects the charging, but also affects the solar panel voltage under the same illuminance, which will cause a relatively large error in the turn-on time of the solar garden light. Therefore, when assembling on the ground, try to adjust the azimuth angle of the solar panels to be consistent.　　The connection of the controller should use a waterproof controller as much as possible. While ensuring long-term stable operation, it can also prevent customers from changing the lighting time at will. If you use a non-waterproof controller, bend the wiring into a U-shape because the terminal is facing downwards, which can prevent water from entering the controller from the line. Try to convince customers to use better quality copper core wires. Due to the electrical conductivity, current and voltage will be lost during the output process, which will not only increase the power consumption of the solar garden light, but also cause the driving power supply of the LED light source to fail to work normally in severe cases.
