Such as 1 ~ 5W bulbs, 15 ~ 20W tube lights and 40 ~ 60W street lights, projection lights and so on. These lamps use dozens to hundreds of Φ5 white LEDs, which have complex production process, poor reliability, high failure rate, large housing size, and insufficient brightness. In order to improve the above shortcomings, in recent years, high-power white LEDs have been gradually used to replace Φ5 white LEDs to design new lamps. For example, if a street lamp made of 18 2W white LEDs is used, hundreds of Φ5 white LEDs are used. In addition, with a 1.1W K2 series white LED, it can be made into a strong light flashlight with a luminous flux of 100lm, and the irradiation distance can reach hundreds of meters. It is impossible to use Φ5 white LED to do it. The price of lamps made of high-power LEDs is much higher than that of incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, and energy-saving lamps, but its energy-saving effect and lifespan are much higher than other lamps. If LED lamps are used in all public places with large electricity consumption such as solar street lighting systems and waiting halls, large department stores or supermarkets, high-end hotel lobbies, etc., the one-time investment is high, but the long-term power saving effect and economy are worthwhile. expected.
