1, the whole light is not on

There are usually 4 reasons why the whole light does not turn on. The common one is that the controller in the light pole enters water and a short circuit occurs. First of all, you can check whether the terminal of the controller has water traces and rust.

If this happens, it is most likely that the controller is damaged due to water ingress. You can use a multimeter to measure the organization of the two ends of the loop. If the resistance is too small, it will generally be a short circuit. At this time, you need to replace the controller.

If the controller is not damaged and short-circuited, and then see if the battery is faulty, the battery voltage can be measured. If the battery does not store electricity, it will naturally need to be replaced in time.

If there is no problem with the battery, you can further check whether there is a problem with the solar panel, and whether there is voltage and current output under normal working conditions. If not, the battery panel needs to be replaced.

If none of the above is a problem, it may be that there is a problem with the light source itself. After supplying power to the LED light source, see if it can light up normally and replace it in time.

2, the lighting time is short

After using the solar street light for a period of time, even if there is enough light, it may appear that the lighting time is short, and the lighting cannot be provided normally in rainy days. Most of the problems are caused by the battery. Its power storage capacity has decreased. It will cause insufficient power storage, just replace a matching battery in time, and the parameters should be appropriate.

3. After the lamp holder is installed, it is all on and not off

When installing solar street lights, some friends may encounter such a problem. Why does the LED light turn on as soon as it is installed, but still does not turn off? At this time, first check whether the positive and negative poles of the solar panel are connected correctly. If the connection is reversed, correct it in time, and then use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the solar panel, and compare whether it is consistent. If the voltage value is too small, it means that the solar panel itself has quality problems and should be replaced in time.

4, the street lamp beads are not all on

If the light source is made of false welding, it is easy to cause this result. Replace the corresponding lamp beads and the welding is firm. If all the light sources are welded well, then it is most likely the light source itself There is a problem with the quality, and the entire lamp holder needs to be replaced.

5, the light source flickers

There are many reasons for this phenomenon. First of all, you can replace the lamp. If this problem persists after the replacement, it may be a problem with the line. Check whether the line interface is in good contact and deal with it in time.

If there is no problem with the wiring and the light source is still flickering, you need to check the battery. If the battery is in a state of power loss and the power storage is insufficient, the light source may flicker. In this case, replace the battery in time .
