Among them, the road lighting project represented by the application of solar street lights is regarded by more and more local governments at all levels as 'achievement projects' and 'environmental protection projectsThe new rural 'light up' solar street light project promoted by the Beijing Municipal Government in 13 suburban counties and rural areas has reached the forefront of the country in the application of solar street lights. Nearly 100,000 solar street lights were installed in 2006-2007 alone, which has made great contributions to the promotion of solar street lights in my country.

There is no doubt that solar street lights have been vigorously promoted by governments at all levels, and the development momentum is very rapid. After Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Guangdong, Shanghai and other provinces have also introduced policies to vigorously develop solar street lighting. The public's response to this is divergent, and there are mixed opinions. Solar street lights will bring benefits to the people while also exposing some problems. It should be said that after the rapid development of solar street lights in recent years, the technology has become mature. LED street lights, solar panels, controllers, and batteries all have professional manufacturers, and the product quality can meet the requirements of national and industry standards. The reason why the quality of solar street light suppliers is uneven is that most of the suppliers are some integrators, and the examples are not the same. Based on our company’s experience in operating solar street light projects, we will analyze the main problems that exist:

The quality of accessories is unqualified:

1. Solar panels: It should be said that the quality of solar panels produced by regular manufacturers is still guaranteed. The relevant testing standards and testing equipment are relatively sound. Most solar street light suppliers can purchase from regular manufacturers, but need to explain One point is that special equipment is needed to test the power of solar panels. The government does not have corresponding monitoring facilities for this key technical indicator. This makes the power of solar panels used by some manufacturers appear to be 'lack of weightSolar street lights cannot work normally due to insufficient power supply.
