Travel notes of the team-building activity in Nianhua Bay

Recently, the company organized a team-building activity in 2024, which was a complete success and everyone was very happy.

On the morning of October 26, everyone gathered at the door of the company; at 8 o'clock in the morning, they took 4 cars and set off in a mighty manner. The place for this tour is the Nianhua Bay Scenic Area in Wuxi, Jiangsu. It was drizzling, but it did not affect everyone's mood. We talked and laughed all the way, and it took about 2 hours to reach Mashan Town, Binhu District, Wuxi City, where Nianhua Bay is located. Nianhua Bay is located on the shore of Taihu Lake in Wuxi - Mashan Peninsula. Here, there are birds singing and flowers blooming, just like a paradise. It consists of five mountain bays, like a lotus lying quietly between the mountains and waters of Taihu Lake, where the whole heart seems to be calm.

We arrived at the reserved homestay - Ruyuan (as our wish) is a very small homestay courtyard, three floors, a total of 8 rooms, the overall environment is very warm and comfortable.

We checked in and then went to the nearby Peace Hotel for dinner. Because this hotel is the best hotel in Peace Village, it was named "Peace Hotel", which was named after the Peace Hotel in Shanghai. After dinner, we took a short break and then started the first activity, tug of war. It was roughly divided into the operation department and the marketing department. The two teams, dressed in blue and white respectively, started the formal competition. Our competition attracted many nearby villagers and added a lot of fun to this peaceful village.

After five rounds of fierce competition, the white team finally defeated the blue team 3:2.

At around 3 pm, the rain gradually increased, and then we started the poker game - throwing eggs; according to the 12 players participating in the competition, they were divided into three tables and three rounds of competition were held, with three rounds in each round; the winner of each round scored 3 points, the draw scored 1 point, and the loser scored 0 points; finally, according to the three rounds of points, the top three will receive bonuses.

For dinner, everyone ate KFC and then fought until 11 pm. The continuous persistence for 8 hours was a big competition of mental and physical strength. In the end, the combination of Ye Lanying and Dong Huihua won the championship; the combination of Ye Xiangjun and Zhou Yunfei won the second place; and the combination of Huo Jianwen and Wang Pei won the third place; and they shared the generous bonus.

After a night of rest, everyone got up at 8:30 the next morning, and the aunt of the B&B prepared a sumptuous breakfast.

Everyone had a very happy meal. Then, we packed our luggage, and before leaving, everyone took individual and group photos at the B&B as a beautiful souvenir.

Then, everyone set off together and began the journey to Nianhua Bay; the drizzle added a romantic touch to this play activity. Under the guidance of the photographer, we visited five famous attractions in Nianhua Bay: The Nianhua Tower, Wudeng Lake, Xiangyue Flower Street, Brahma Flower Sea and Sleeping Valley gave us a deep sense of the exquisite literati landscape and profound Zen culture of Nianhua Bay.

Then, we took a lot of photos together and were very happy.

Finally, we took the last group photo in the Brahma Flower Sea in a joyful atmosphere.

At 5:00pm, we ended this romantic trip to Nianhua Bay and reluctantly embarked on the journey back to Shanghai. This team-building activity was very successfully organized and everyone had a lot of fun. This team-building activity greatly enhanced everyone’s sense of collective honor, improved the team’s cohesion, and improved the team’s overall combat effectiveness, making the best preparations for the end-of-year sprint in 2024.
