Shanghai Jianfeng Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of the leading enterprises in China's cement machinery industry. It has a history of more than 30 years and has a wide reputation in China's CCB machinery industry. In the first two days, two workshops were rebuilt. In order to meet the delivery deadline, the company decided to transform the last old workshop into a finishing workshop. The workshop is 20 meters wide, 80 meters in length and 18 meters in height. Previously installed traditional low-pressure sodium lamps, due to mechanical vibration, some sodium lamps failed to work properly; some sodium lamps have serious light decay and low luminous efficiency. In the peak season of production, in order to ensure the safety of workers overtime, the client invited us to make a industry lighting renovation project plan. This is the third time we have been requested by our customers to make a renovation project plan. Due to the high factory building, the lamp is nearly 18 meters away from the ground; at the same time, the distance from the lamp is nearly 1.8 meters, which is very dangerous to operate. In order to meet the lighting requirements and meet the construction safety, our technical team decided to install the floodlights on the surrounding walls after site survey and measurement. At the same time, in order to avoid the glare affecting the production, we chose the HB13 panel type flood light, light effect. High, good directionality, low glare.

CHZ HB13 luminaire is a multi-functional luminaire with 2, 3, 4 and 6 modules, which can be up to 300W. At the same time, it has 60°, 90°, 120°, 140°×70° angles to choose from; At the same time, the bracket can be installed side-by-side and intermediate installation. According to the actual scene requirements, it can be used as floodlights, factory lights and tunnel lights. It is a veritable multi-star.
